MEET REID SINNETT
FOUNDER OF RISING TIDE QB ACADEMY
After going undrafted in the 2020 NFL Draft, Sinnett signed with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers as an undrafted free agent where he spent time with Tom Brady, Bruce Arians, and Coach Tom Moore. Later he signed with the Miami Dolphins in late 2020.
He backed up both Ryan Fitzpatrick and Tua Tagovailoa at different points during the season. The following season after setting a record for most yards in a preseason game (343) he was claimed on waivers and joined the Philadelphia Eagles where he spent the rest of the season on the active roster. In 2022 he spent time on the practice squad with the Eagles before returning to Miami with new Head Coach Mike McDaniel.

Sinnett is known for his strong arm, accuracy, and intelligence on the field, as well as his work ethic and leadership qualities off the field. He is dedicated to continually improving his game and is committed to giving back to his community through coaching and charitable endeavors. With his talent, determination, and passion for the game, Reid Sinnett is looking to make his way back into the NFL, but is currently a free agent.
Despite only being a one year starter in high school in Johnston, IA and at FCS University of San Diego, Sinnett was able to overcome adversity and follow his dream of becoming an NFL quarterback. He started Rising Tide QB Academy to help the next generation of quarterbacks reach their potential, and provide them with the tools he learned along his football journey.
